Paolo Torracca

Chartered Accountant and Auditor, Founder of MTA, he was a research fellow in commercial law at the University of Economics in Pisa and a seminarist in post-university courses. He has gained experience as a member of administrative and control bodies of industrial and holding companies. He mainly deals with the reorganization and restructuring of companies and groups of companies.

The assistance intervention in extraordinary operations is often aimed at generational change and control restructuring (by means of the institutions appointed for this purpose, such as LBO and MLBO), as well as the creation of Industrial Holdings or Personal Holdings.

He acts as a consultant or financial advisor in the field of restructuring activities. He is a consultant to companies and groups of companies on corporate taxation, accounting, and corporate compliance.

He is often appointed as a consultant to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the investigation of economic and corporate crimes within groups of companies.

He is a speaker at conferences and seminars on tax and corporate law and publishes articles in sector magazines such as Società e Tributi Week, an online legal and economic magazine of which he is the founder with MTA, and others such as Tax New, G. Giappichelli Editori Torino.
